Each reference in these Terms and Conditions to “writing” and any similar expression includes electronic communications whether sent by e-mail, text message, fax or other means.

Terms and Conditions

SHOPPING WITH US:

 

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods by “Vanessa Pederzani” (Vanessa Pederzani, We, or Us). Before making your Order please make sure you have read them. If you are unsure about any part, please email us at: customerservice@vanessapederzani.com

 

 Your Order constitutes a contractual offer that We may, at Our discretion, accept.

 

A legally binding contract between Us and you will be created upon Our acceptance of your Order, indicated by Our Order Confirmation. Order Confirmations will be provided in writing.

DESCRIPTION AND SPECIFICATION OF GOODS

We have made every reasonable effort to ensure that the Goods conform to illustrations, photographs and descriptions provided in Our sales, website  and marketing literature.  We cannot, however, guarantee that all descriptions, illustrations and/or photographs will be precisely accurate due to discrepancies that may arise during the printing process AND/OR differences in the colour reproduction of electronic displays.

We reserve the right to make any changes in the specification of the Goods that may be required to conform to any applicable safety or other legal or regulatory requirements without notice.

CANCELLATION OR EXCHANGE

 

You may change or cancel your order at any time before We despatch the goods by contacting Us in writing. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the instructions in: “Returning an item”.  If you have already paid for the item and it hasn’t been dispatched yet, you will be fully refunded less the transactions fees incurred. If you wish, you can claim a voucher of the same amount of your purchase to be used within 12months from its issue date. 

 

If you wish to change your not yet dispatched item, We will inform you of any change to the price in writing.

 

We may cancel your Order at any time before We despatch the Goods in the following circumstances:

- The Goods are no longer in stock and We are unable to re-stock  

- An event outside of Our control. If We cancel your Order because of an event outside our control and you have already paid for the Goods, the payment will be refunded to you within 14 working days.  If We cancel your Order, the cancellation will be confirmed by Us in writing.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

 

The price of your order is the one shown in our website and is inclusive of VAT. Our prices are in UK£, If you purchase in another currency, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card. 

“Vanessa Pederzani” may quote a special price for specific items on special occasions and advertised offer. Our Prices may change at any time but these changes will not affect any Orders that We have already accepted. We have made every reasonable effort to ensure that Our Prices, as shown in Our website are correct.  Prices will be checked when We process your Order.  If the actual Price of the Goods is lower than that stated in your Order, you will be charged the lower Price.  If the actual Price of the Goods is higher than that stated in your Order, We will ask you how you wish to proceed.

 

Our Prices includes delivery costs. 

 

All payments for Goods must be made in advance before We can despatch the Goods to you.

 

We accept the following methods of payment:

Credit Card

Debit Card

Wire Transfer for payments in another currency ( Euro and US$) above £1000 

Credit and/or debit cards will not be charged until We despatch the Goods to you.

Debit or Credit Card Payment

You may pay by credit or debit card, as indicated on the Website. We use a secure third party for accepting payments online  

When ordering on the Website, you will need to enter your payment details on the appropriate form. 

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Vanessa Pederzani, you will need to contact your card issuer directly to solve this problem, and Vanessa Pederzani will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
 

Payment by Wire Transfer

You may pay by bank wire transfer orders placed through the Customer Service Team above 1000 GBP. If you need to pay in another currency: Euro or US $ please get in touch with our customer service team to arrange it.Please do not forget to mention the order reference number in your bank wire transfer form.

 Vanessa Pederzani will wait until your payment is received before processing your order. If the funds are not credited into our bank account within seven (7) working days after you have placed your order, this order will be canceled.

Vanessa Pederzani will not charge a fee for paying by bank wire transfer, but please ensure that we receive the full amount mentioned in the Acknowledgment of Order before we process your order. Please note that some financial institutions may charge you a fee for using a bank wire transfer.

Security
Vanessa Pederzani takes precautions — including administrative, technical, and physical measures — to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

Although we will do our best to protect your Personal Information throughout the online selling process, we cannot guarantee the security and integrity of the data you transmit to the Website and be held liable for any harm or loss resulting from the use of the internet network, such as in the case of hacking. PAYMENT

  • All products remain HEIRLOOM JEWELS LTDs property until full payment is made. The price applicable is set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. 

  • All transfers conducted through VANESSA PEDERZANI are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

 

DUTIES AND TAXES

 

UK & EU - Orders are inclusive of VAT.

USA and ROW - Orders are exclusive of UK sales tax (VAT).

At the moment we are unable to ship our goods to Chiana and Russia. Import Duties are applied at checkout such that orders will be shipped duty paid. Please note “Vanessa Pederzani” cannot be liable for any additional local sales taxes imposed.

DELIVERY

Together with your Order Confirmation, We will provide an estimated delivery date.  Please note that estimated delivery dates may vary according to the availability of goods, your location, and circumstances beyond Our control. 

 

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS

 

If your order results in being  faulty or damaged at the time of receiving, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer service in writing: customerservice@vanessapederzani.com  to inform Us of the fault, damage or error, and to arrange for a refund, repair or replacement. From the day  you receive the Goods, you have a 14 Calendar Days right to return the Goods.

 

Please note that you will not be eligible to claim a refund if you have purchased the Goods for an unsuitable purpose that is neither obvious nor made known to Us and the problem has resulted from your use of the Goods for that purpose; or if the problem is the result of misuse or careless damage. 

EVENTS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing Our obligations where that failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond Our reasonable control.  Such causes include, but are not limited to: power failure, internet service provider failure, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, riots and other civil unrest, fire, explosion, flood, storms, earthquakes, subsidence, acts of terrorism (threatened or actual), acts of war (declared, undeclared, threatened, actual or preparations for war), epidemic or other natural disaster, or any other event that is beyond Our reasonable control.

 

If any event described occurs that is likely to adversely affect Our performance of any of Our obligations under these Terms and Conditions:

We will inform you as soon as is reasonably possible;

 

Our obligations under these Terms and Conditions will be suspended and any time limits that We are bound by will be extended accordingly;

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, the Contract, and the relationship between you and Us (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the law of England,Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland.

 

Any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claim between you and Us relating to these Terms and Conditions, the Contract, or the relationship between you and Us (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England, Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland, as determined by your residency.

Returns and Exchanges

RETURNING AN ITEM

 

If you are not satisfied with your item, You may return or exchange it  within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You have the right to return them in exchange for a refund or a voucher of the same value to be used within 12 months from the returned item date of purchase.

 

Please note that we do not accept return or exchange for bespoke orders.

 

In order to return your item, please follow the instructions below:

 

1) Send and email to: customerservice@vanessapederzani.com stating your order number, name, and address. All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Please note that Vanessa Pederzani will not refund the original shipment cost, unless the items have been deemed faulty or defective.

 

2) Our Customer Service will send you an email with a return label and instructions 

 

Refunds or replacements will be issued to you immediately after our inspection team will check the item is in the original conditions.
